Sales & Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer POs, order entry, invoicing, and order fulfilment Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and 3PL providers Monitor stock availability, allocation, FEFO, and short-expiry products Follow up on deliveries, PODs, pending orders, and operational issues Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Suppliers, and Customers Maintain accurate ERP/CRM and customer portal records Prepare operational reports, journey plan and support process improvements Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG/Retail Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook Experience with Oracle/ERP/CRM systems is an advantage Strong understanding of order processing, inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations English communication skills are essential; Arabic is an advantage Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Employment Type Full-time
