Sales Executive

Drive in-store sales by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, styling support, and achieving assigned sales targets. Manage and process online/omnichannel orders received through the company’s digital channels, ensuring timely order fulfilment, stock availability, and accurate dispatch. Coordinate with store and relevant support teams for click & collect, online returns/exchanges, stock transfers, and order-related customer queries. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are properly replenished, displayed, tagged, and available across both retail and online channels. Support daily store operations, including cash handling, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock management, and compliance with company SOPs. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel operations. Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset. Comfortable using POS systems, online order management platforms, and basic digital tools. Good understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, returns/exchanges, and retail operations. Energetic, target-driven, well-presented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Employment Type Full-time
