Job Overview
Structure: 3-month paid internship (+ commissions) leading to a full-time role based on performance.
Location
100% Remote (Candidates must reside in the UAE with their own valid visa for the internship phase; company visa provided upon full-time transition). We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy Sales/Operations Executive to run day-to-day sales and operations. You will be the coordination hub between clients and event staff, manage inquiries end-to-end, communicate with the client, create inquiries, shortlist staff, check staff availability, share shortlisted staff portfolios with the client, and prepare estimates and invoices. Create a database of new staff in various GCC cities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning processes, communicates clearly in English and Arabic (Arabic a plus), and is comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently. Full training will be provided. Candidates need to reside within the UAE. Key Responsibilities Client & Inquiry Management Manage all incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally. Follow up with clients and understand their requirements in detail. Prepare accurate inquiries and estimates and generate invoices. Staffing & Event Coordination Shortlist suitable staff and draft job proposal messages for them. Check staff availability and confirm bookings. Coordinate with staff before, during, and after each event to ensure smooth execution. CRM, Staff & Business Development Manage the CRM and keep records accurate and current. Conduct market research and expand the database of staff across GCC cities. Reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp, and calls, explaining our services. Other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent English (written & spoken). Spoken/written Arabic is a strong advantage. 1–2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or sales. Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience using AI tools and creating AI-generated content. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems. Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Internship salary: 500 AED per month + 2.5% profit commission on directly managed, client-paid invoices. Full-time salary: 1500 AED per month + 2.5% profit commission on directly managed, client-paid invoices. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Dubai time). Weekly off: Sundays off. Event weekends: Occasional part-time work may be required on off weekends when events are scheduled; these holidays will be compensated later with time off. Extended hours: Extended working hours may be required on event days and during the busy event season. Training: Full training will be provided for the role. Work setup: 100% remote / work from home within the UAE. Employment Type Full-time
