Sales Executive/ Engineer

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across retail, contractors, corporate accounts, and industrial clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable products from our piping and flow-control range. Identify new sales opportunities through customer visits, market research, contractor outreach, enquiries, and business development activities to achieve sales targets. Understand customer requirements, including product type, size, material, specifications, and application, and recommend suitable products such as pipes, valves, flanges, fittings, gaskets, actuators, and related accessories. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into sales while maintaining healthy customer relationships. Coordinate with the store, procurement, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure product availability, accurate order processing, and timely delivery to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, piping and flow-control products, MEP materials, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, Oil & Gas, or related sectors. Proven experience selling to contractors, corporate/project customers, industrial clients, distributors, and/or retail customers, with an understanding of different customer requirements. Good technical knowledge and sales experience of products such as pipes, valves, flanges, butt-weld/threaded/socket-weld/grooved fittings, gaskets, and related piping accessories, with the ability to understand specifications and recommend suitable products.
