Sales Executive-Dealership

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits, referrals, and networking. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Ensure all incoming leads, whether from online platforms, walk-ins, phone inquiries, or referrals—are attended to promptly without failure. Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to influence purchasing decisions. Negotiate terms, close sales, and process transactions efficiently. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set. Monitor personal performance metrics and report progress regularly to the supervisor. Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing, and competitive offerings. Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Provide post-sale support, including follow-ups and assistance with documentation. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market trends and areas for improvement. Monitor competitor activities and report relevant insights to the management team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
