Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to work closely with architects and constructors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate leads. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with architects and constructors to understand project requirements. Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome. Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports. Attend industry events and network to expand business connections. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hardware, sanitary, or electrical industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Valid driver's license (DL) is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
