Sales Executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Promote the company's HSE consultancy, safety training, risk assessment, audit, compliance, and related services. Arrange client meetings and understand their safety and compliance requirements. Prepare and deliver company presentations and service proposals. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions for clients. Follow up on proposals, quotations, and leads to convert opportunities into business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets. Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, quotations, and client interactions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required. Coordinate with the operations and HSE teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of the UAE business environment Preferably experience in HSE, safety consultancy, compliance, training, or related services Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Strong networking and relationship-building skills Visa - Dependend / Own Visa preferred Employment Type Full-time
