Sales Executive | Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility

What You Will Do

• Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover
• Manage leads with precision
• Ensure every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted through effective sales system usage
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing upselling opportunities
• Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship-building
• Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills To Be Successful: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive industry; EV or luxury brand exposure are added value. Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow-up. Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage). Tech-savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms. Valid UAE driver’s license. Driven, resilient, and motivated by customer success and sustainable innovation. Employment Type Full-time
