SALES ENGINEER

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP and Interior Fit-Out sectors. Provide technical guidance and propose suitable MEP and fit-out solutions based on client requirements. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals. Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution. Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up on potential projects. Review and understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and support successful deal closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Qatar. Proven experience in the MEP and/or Interior Fit-Out industry. Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, as well as interior fit-out solutions. Ability to understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Strong knowledge of the Qatar market with the ability to generate new business opportunities. Target-oriented with strong sales follow-up and closing skills. Indian nationality.
