Sales Engineer – HVAC / MEP

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales, preferably with strong knowledge of the Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with contractors, consultants, project clients, and end users and be willing to work according to company policies and requirements. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell HVAC and air conditioning systems, including Split AC, Ducted AC, VRF/VRV, and related products. Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate and follow up on project leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities. Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and tenders. Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users. Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions. Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments. Maintain updated records of sales activities, projects, leads, and customer interactions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities across Dubai. Desired Candidate Profile 3–4 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales. Strong experience and knowledge of the Dubai market. Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or 3-Year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field. Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
