Sales Engineer – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Develop new customers and business opportunities in the UAE. Visit hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, catering companies, bakeries, and other foodservice businesses. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions. Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales. Follow up with customers and maintain strong business relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up on projects and sales opportunities from enquiry to order confirmation. Coordinate with the internal sales, procurement, logistics, and service teams. Maintain regular customer visits and market coverage. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE driving license and own car preferred, but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Culinary Arts, or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative within the commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice industry. Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice equipment, hospitality equipment, or a related industry is preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Knowledge of the UAE market and an existing customer network will be an advantage. Good English communication skills. Employment Type Full-time
