Sales Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer , with strong experience in projects and maintenance sales within UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, tendering, pricing strategy, and coordination with authorities and internal teams to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in AMC contracts , Projects ,Gas Equipment’s, Tools ,etc.. . Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, FM companies, and end users. Conduct market analysis to stay competitive with pricing, strategies, and market trends. Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, and estimations. Coordinate with engineering and sales teams for accurate , material Sales . Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining company margins. Products sales / AMC project, Industrial Gases and Gas Equipment’s, Tools. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and management reports. Coordinate with finance for billing, collections, and payment follow-ups. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and market feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical , Chemicals or Electrical industrial) or a related field may be required. Previous experience in a similar position: minimum 2-5 years. Superb written and verbal communication in ENGLISH and negotiation skills. Great organizational and planning skills. The ability to identify market trends and make decisions . Excellent networking and time management skills. Should be smooth negotiators with a keen eye for detail. Valid UAE driving license – MUST NOTE : Availability: Immediate joiners and Fresh Engineers with DL (Cancelled Visa / Visit Visa / Short Notice period) Employment Type Full-time
