Sales Engineer

Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on client requirements, clearly presenting key technical features, applications, and business benefits. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, identify technical requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations in a clear and engaging manner. Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers throughout the sales process. Support customers in understanding product applications, specifications, and best-use scenarios to maximize the value of their investment. Assist the sales team during client meetings, technical discussions, and solution evaluations. Respond to technical inquiries and provide accurate product information to support customer decision-making. Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, solutions, market developments, and relevant technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex product features into clear business benefits. Previous experience with relevant software solutions, hardware systems, electronic equipment, or technical products is preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Relevant professional or technical certifications, such as Cisco, AWS, or equivalent certifications, are considered an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively alongside sales and technical teams. Employment Type Full-time
