Sales Engineer / Account Manager - Electrical

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across the UAE and the GCC. Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, MEP consultants, electrical consultants, contractors, facility management companies, industrial clients, utilities, and panel builders. Identify upcoming projects during design and tender stages. Promote 3E products and engineering solutions through technical presentations and client meetings. Obtain product approvals and specifications from consultants. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to deliver complete customer solutions. Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records using CRM. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the electrical engineering industry. UAE driving license is mandatory. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
