Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver high-level product demonstrations, explaining complicated features in simple, accessible language to prospective clients. Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Consult with customers to deeply understand their operational requirements and configure or design tailored technical solutions. Proposal & RFP Support: Draft detailed technical portions of sales proposals, negotiate technical tender terms, and prepare cost estimates. Overcoming Objections: Answer challenging technical questions during sales calls and accurately explain technical limitations or integration capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the "voice of the customer," relaying client feedback and custom feature requests back to internal product development and engineering teams.
