Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer Trainee to join our team under the Tamheer Program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in technical sales and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The trainee will support the sales team in delivering technical solutions and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations. Communicate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer needs. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations. Prepare reports, sales documentation, and maintain customer records. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Recent graduate (eligible for Tamheer Program). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of English (written and spoken).
