Sales Engineer - Industrial Projects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing tailored technical sales solutions, and managing client relationships within industrial sectors. The role combines technical understanding with sales execution, supporting clients across industries such as mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals . The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3+ years of experience in sales and business development for industrial projects , preferably within mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals industries. Experience in sales for manufacturing lines, equipment or machinery for manufacturing plants within the mining, cement, fertilizer, petrochemicals, or metals industries. Proven experience identifying business opportunities and driving them through to successful sales closure . Experience developing technical and commercial sales solutions tailored to client requirements. Ability to prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers . Experience meeting sales targets and managing revenue recovery cycles. Proficiency in preparing sales activity reports , pipeline tracking, and performance summaries. High-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
