Sales Director

Develop and execute the overall Retail Sales strategy. Lead and manage multi-branch retail operations and sales performance. Own sales revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs. Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across branches. Analyze branch performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. Improve sales productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 15-20+ years of sales experience, with significant experience within the retail sector. Extensive experience managing multi-branch retail operations. Proven experience managing large sales teams and geographically distributed operations
