Sales Coordinator

Capture and update all sales enquiries received from the field, showroom, calls, WhatsApp and emails, ensuring every enquiry is properly recorded and tracked. Coordinate closely with the sales team on pending enquiries, quotations, pricing and customer requirements, with regular follow-up until closure or a clear outcome is received. Work productively with the Procurement team for product availability, sourcing, pricing and special requirements to support faster response to customers. Maintain clear visibility of Completed, WIP, Pending and Regret enquiries, and highlight ageing or unattended cases for timely action. Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring enquiries are responded to quickly, follow-ups are completed and internal delays are minimized. Maintain good working knowledge of RADTRADE products and brands, and be capable of quickly understanding customer requirements and identifying the most suitable product or solution. Analyse recurring market enquiries, product demand, price issues, stock gaps and customer requirements, and provide useful market feedback to the sales and management teams. Prepare simple daily and periodic reports on enquiries, quotations, pending cases, sales support activities and key market observations for management review. Act as an effective coordination link between Sales, Showroom, Procurement and Management to ensure smooth information flow and faster business conversion.
