Sales Coordinator

Follow up quotations and sales opportunities Coordinate between sales, production, and management Maintain customer and project records Follow up on approvals, submissions, and commercial matters Prepare routine sales reports and updates Support the sales team in daily coordination activities Develop into a future sales engineer or business development executive Manage the sales data entry process, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless processes and quick resolutions to client inquiries. Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations that provide insights into sales performance and trends for management review. Schedule and organize sales meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting notes to facilitate effective follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field, Degree Preferred (Engineering degree is an added advantage) 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, showcasing the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for effective data analysis and presentation creation. Employment Type Full-time
