Sales Coordinator
Job Overview
Own a defined portfolio of existing B2B accounts and act as their day-to-day commercial point of contact. Track each client's order history, consumption pattern and reorder cycle, and reach out proactively before stock runs low. Convert incoming reorder requests into confirmed orders quickly and accurately, including quantities, specifications, artwork and delivery timelines. Reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts through structured follow-up and win-back conversations. Maintain a rolling reorder calendar and pipeline for the portfolio, with clear visibility of expected order dates and values. Understand each client's business well enough to identify additional needs such as new bag sizes, materials or finishes, seasonal or promotional ranges, packaging for other outlets or departments, and branded merchandise. Present relevant products from the wider Bag the Future range to existing clients using samples, catalogues and case examples. Grow share-of-wallet and average order value through well-timed, value-led recommendations rather than pressure selling. Pass genuinely new-business leads or large custom projects to the Founder or field sales team with a clean, well-documented handover. Coordinate quotations, pro-forma invoices and order confirmations in line with approved pricing and margin guidelines. Coordinate with operations, production and logistics to confirm lead times and keep clients informed of order status from confirmation to delivery. Follow up on approvals, artwork sign-offs, payments and delivery confirmations to prevent order stalls. Resolve client queries and complaints promptly, escalating where needed and closing the loop with the client every time. Keep the CRM fully up to date including contacts, interactions, quotations, orders and next actions. Report weekly on reorders secured, upsell and cross-sell wins, pipeline value and at-risk accounts. Capture client feedback, competitor activity and pricing intelligence and feed it back to the Founder and product team. Continuously track and report on KPIs including repeat-order rate, reorder on-time rate, revenue per account, average order value and dormant accounts reactivated.
Desired Candidate Profile

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many accounts, quotations and follow-ups simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, and hands-on experience with a CRM system (Zoho or equivalent). Currently based in the UAE. Relationship builder with clients. Commercially sharp with ability to identify opportunities to increase sales. Proactive and persistent in follow-ups. Detail-oriented with attention to quantities, specs, prices and dates. Organized and self-directed working style with minimal supervision. Team player working smoothly with operations, logistics and finance. Genuine interest in sustainability and helping clients move away from single-use packaging. Employment Type Full-time
