of the Role We are currently building a strong pool of talented Sales Coordinators for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting showroom operations and ensuring vehicles are prepared and delivered to customers seamlessly. You will coordinate across sales teams, workshops, drivers, and external service providers while ensuring documentation, vehicle preparation, inventory records, and transactions are completed accurately and on time. What You Will Do Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standards before customer handover. Work closely with workshops to coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing, and accessory installation. Ensure vehicle registration and sales documentation, including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoices, sales letters, and gate passes, is complete and accurate. Coordinate with drivers to ensure demonstration vehicles are clean, fuelled, checked, and ready for test drives. Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks and provide accurate stock information to the sales team. Support showroom vehicle displays and ensure required display standards are maintained. Maintain accurate transaction records and required business documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills to Be Successful Proficiency in SAP. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholder requirements. Customer-focused with good decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Employment Type Full-time
