Sales Coordinator - Maintenance

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and organize the sales team's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination for client engagements. Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations, meticulously tracking data and ensuring accuracy for strategic decision-making. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to foster customer loyalty. Coordinate the logistics of maintenance contracts, from initial setup to service scheduling and follow-up, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Holds a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the industrial maintenance or service industry. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing strong technical aptitude.
