Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving direct sales activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring accurate order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in the printing and packaging sector. Key Responsibilities Execute direct sales activities and manage customer interactions. Fill out order forms and collect customer signatures when required. Close sales deals, handle customer orders, and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery. Actively seek out and engage potential customers through prospecting and networking. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company s products and services. Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers. Gather and report customer feedback and market intelligence to the Sales Manager. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s degree in chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field. Demonstrated sales experience across industrial, printing, packaging, F&B, and manufacturing environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Ability to work under pressure
