Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Sales and Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead the sales and marketing efforts, setting and achieving targets while fostering strategic partnerships and implementing effective marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Target Setting: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Market Expansion and Client Prospecting: Identify and explore new markets to expand our reach and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both domestically and internationally. Attend meetings inside and outside the UAE to promote our services and establish strategic partnerships. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute the right sales strategy and actions to meet company budgets and financial targets. Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective strategies for market penetration and growth. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for sales optimization and revenue maximization. Operational Monitoring and Sales Support: Monitor sales materialization at the operational level, collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution. Provide support and guidance to the operations team to improve sales closing techniques and enhance overall operational efficiency. Implement measures to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks to facilitate seamless operations. Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess sales team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to enhance the sales team s skills and capabilities. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
