Sales And Marketing Executive

Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities. Make outbound calls and introduce our inspection, safety training, and compliance services to potential clients. Identify companies that require third-party inspection, safety training, certification, and HSE-related services. Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM/database. For male candidates, a valid UAE driving license is required. Coordinate with the inspection, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Support marketing campaigns, client visits, and business development activities. Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Business Development. Previous experience in inspection, safety training, HSE, construction, industrial, technical services, or a similar industry is strongly preferred. Strong B2B sales and client communication skills. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills. Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and willing to make outbound calls. Ability to understand and promote technical services to business clients. Employment Type Full-time
