Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Own Visa holders preferred. Immediate joiners only.
