Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring SailPoint Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering SailPoint implementation projects and should be capable of working independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions based on business requirements
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SailPoint implementation projects , including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, workflows, policies, and roles
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and integrations
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, databases, HR systems, and other identity sources
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations and integrations
• Participate in solution design and prepare technical documentation
• Work closely with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful implementation
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities
• Ensure implementation follows security, compliance, and identity governance best practices

Experience

5 6+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Governance. Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation projects. Excellent knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow . Strong experience with SailPoint configuration, customization, workflows, rules, policies, certifications, and provisioning. Experience with SailPoint connectors and application integrations. Good understanding of IAM, IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, and Access Governance . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Java, SQL, APIs, and related integration technologies is preferred. Experience working on enterprise-level IAM/IGA implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with strong end-to-end SailPoint implementation experience are preferred. Must be technically strong and capable of handling implementation activities independently.
