RPA Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using leading platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate complex business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze process requirements, identify automation opportunities, and define technical specifications for RPA projects. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automation workflows, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Perform thorough testing of RPA solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and reliability. Desired Candidate Profile An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer specializes in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools. -Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience as RPA Engineer. Technical Skills ·RPA Tools Proficiency: Expertise in popular RPA platforms such as Microsoft RPA Suite , UiPath or Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism etc. ·Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to RPA development, such as Python, C#, or Java. ·Workflow Design: Skills in designing automated workflows and processes, including understanding business process mapping and analysis. ·Scripting and Automation: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for custom automation solutions. ·Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating RPA solutions with other systems (e.g., APIs, web services, databases) to enable seamless data flow. ·Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues in automated processes. ·Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing automation scripts and documentation. ·Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure automation meets requirements. Soft Skills ·Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. ·Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements. ·Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, liaising between IT, business units, and other stakeholders. ·Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple automation projects, timelines, and priorities effectively. ·Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation.
