RMA Technician (PC Hardware)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures in PCs, laptops, and peripherals, identifying root causes for efficient repair. Perform component-level repairs and replacements, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies. Execute thorough testing and validation of repaired hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage and track returned merchandise authorization (RMA) units throughout their lifecycle, from receipt to return. Desired Candidate Profile High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PC hardware repair and diagnostics. Proficiency in diagnosing issues with various PC components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU). Familiarity with diagnostic software and hardware testing tools.
