Risk Management Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist based in Saudi Arabia to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks. You will partner with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies to ensure robust risk governance, deliver clear reporting, and drive continuous improvement in our risk framework. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analysis to identify potential threats across business units Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans Monitor and report on key risk indicators, trends, and emerging risks using advanced reporting tools Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, auditors, and senior leadership Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and international risk management standards Prepare clear, concise risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and board-level committees Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management practices into strategic planning and decision-making Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field 5-8 years of professional experience in risk management or a related function Proven technical expertise in risk analysis methodologies and quantitative modeling Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Advanced reporting skills, including proficiency with risk management software and data visualization Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences Analytical thinking with a detail-oriented approach to problem identification and resolution Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager Experience in the energy, petrochemical, or financial services sector in Saudi Arabia Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms Working knowledge of Arabic language and understanding of local business culture Prior involvement in projects supporting Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Risk Management Specialist Get real-time job updates only on our App
