Revenue Program Manager (Finance & Supplier Partnerships) Contract

Our University client is seeking a Revenue Programs Manager to oversee supplier partnerships, rebate and incentive programs, financial administration, and revenue-generating initiatives. This role combines financial analysis, vendor relationship management, and program leadership to ensure contractual compliance and maximize supplier performance.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier rebates, incentives, patronage, and revenue programs

Oversee vendor relationships and revenue-generating partnerships

Perform financial reconciliations, reporting, and revenue analysis

Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and program KPIs

Manage the P-Card Program and support future procurement planning

Develop dashboards and executive reporting to track revenue and supplier performance

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management, financial analysis, procurement, supplier management, or contract administration

Experience managing rebate, incentive, or revenue programs

Strong analytical, reporting, and financial reconciliation skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Advanced Excel required; ERP and visualization dashboard experience preferred
