Retail Sales Executive

Maintain extensive product knowledge to confidently educate customers, addressing questions and concerns effectively. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently by implementing innovative sales strategies and upselling techniques. Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets. Certifications in sales or customer service, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), are a valuable asset. Experience in the retail industry, particularly in fashion, electronics, or consumer goods, is preferred for situational relevance.
