Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling presentations, dashboards, reports, and infographics to represent project controls data (cost, schedule, risk, progress)
• Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, and risk teams to translate technical content into visually clear and engaging graphics
• Develop corporate-standard templates for project reporting, executive briefs, and project communications
• Maintain consistency with corporate branding guidelines across all design outputs
• Support internal and external communications with visual content for brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital platforms
• Enhance visualization of project metrics, KPIs, and analytics using modern tools and techniques
• Create engaging multimedia content (static and motion) when required
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design standards and innovation

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, engineering, or project management environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint. Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (preferred). Familiarity with engineering or project controls terminology and documentation is a strong advantage. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print formats. Excellent communication, layout, typography, and design skills. Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
