Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects. Follow up with leads, conduct property/project presentations, and support clients throughout the sales process. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handling. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates. Achieve assigned sales and client-conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities. Provide excellent after-sales service and develop long-term client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience with a real estate developer is mandatory. Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai real estate market is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities. Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality. Fluency in Malayalam is required. Additional language skills in Chinese/Mandarin, Italian, Kurdish, or Arabic are highly preferred. Female candidates are preferred.
