Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Nursing Supervisor / Home Care Manager Job Summary AlDar Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed) to join our growing home healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes while ensuring compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, independence, and a commitment to improving patients' quality of life through exceptional home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions. Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and clinical observations. Perform wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and other nursing procedures as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities and patient outcomes. Educate patients and family members regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care practices. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards. Identify changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns to the supervising physician or nursing management. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Promote patient comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, home healthcare, or related setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred. Home healthcare experience is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong patient-centered approach with compassion and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a home care environment. Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices. Effective documentation and time management skills. Flexibility to work shifts and travel within Dubai as required.
