Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred. Experience recruiting real estate agents, property consultants, sales professionals, or other commission-based sales roles is strongly preferred. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. Proven ability to recruit candidates quickly and work toward hiring targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
