Recruitment Executive ( Real Estate Experience only )

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry, and a strong understanding of the UAE job market. The role requires sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities. Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations. Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and ATS data. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of Real estate recruitment experience within UAE Real Estate industry recruitment experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE labor market trends and recruitment practices. Experience hiring for sales, marketing, engineering, construction, corporate, and support functions is an advantage. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Employment Type Full-time
