Recruiter-Arabic Speakers

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and outsourcing/staffing processes. Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Experience recruiting for IT, banking, financial services, or corporate roles is preferred. Strong client and candidate relationship-management skills. Good understanding of salary negotiation and offer management. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records. Proficiency in ATS/CRM, MS Excel, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases. Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on international or Arabic-speaking markets. Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic (all dialects) and English is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various recruitment technologies and ATS platforms. Employment Type Full-time
