Real Estate Sales Manager

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi off-plan properties. Monitor team performance, sales activities, and leads to ensure targets are consistently achieved. Support agents in client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, and key clients. Recruit, train, and develop sales agents while expanding the company’s agent network. Stay updated on new project launches, unit availability, pricing, and market trends to maximize sales opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male candidate – Indian nationality preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate Strong knowledge and expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly in off-plan property sales Proven experience in sales and business development Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills Experience in managing and motivating a sales team is an advantage Existing sales team or strong agent network is a major plus UAE Driving License is a plus Employment Type Full-time
