Real Estate Sales Manager – Dubai (indian national)

Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for Dubai off-plan and secondary market properties. Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead allocation and follow-up to negotiation and closing. Monitor individual agent performance, conversion rates, KPIs, and sales activity. Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, training, and performance reviews. Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-value clients. Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals. Stay updated on Dubai property launches, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Ensure professional client handling, CRM management, and timely follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with strong preference for Dubai/UAE market experience. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan, secondary, and investment property markets. Demonstrated track record of managing sales teams and achieving ambitious targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Fluent English communication is mandatory.
