Real Estate Consultant (Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and investment goals
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulations
• Generate and manage property listings through various marketing channels
• Provide expert advice and guidance on real estate investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals successfully
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Experience

In Real estate sales, brokerage, or consultancy (preferred but not required).

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales abilities
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• License: Valid UAE driving license (if applicable)
