Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with both local and international clients. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Identify clients needs and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and other business development activities. Follow up with potential clients and maintain an updated client database. Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process. Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other relevant parties. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and available listings. Prepare and manage property listings and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a professional company image. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Sales Executive, or in a similar client-facing role is preferred. Experience dealing with international clients and investors is a plus. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
