ready-mix Sales Representative

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ready-mix concrete sales targets and expand market share within assigned territories. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, and architects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and understanding market trends and competitor activities. Provide expert technical consultation on ready-mix concrete products, applications, and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for the ready-mix concrete or building materials industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
