Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Accurately estimate project costs from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring all potential expenses are meticulously accounted for. Prepare and manage detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents, providing a clear and comprehensive scope for contractors. Evaluate and negotiate tender submissions, identifying the most cost-effective and suitable bids while ensuring compliance with project requirements. Administer construction contracts, overseeing variations, claims, and final accounts to ensure fair and timely resolution of commercial issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Possess professional qualifications such as MRICS or an equivalent accreditation, signifying expertise and commitment to the profession. Have a minimum of 2-7 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects.
