Job Overview
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and project budgets. Measure and value construction works, variations, and change orders. Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports. Evaluate contractor and subcontractor invoices, claims, and payment applications. Assist in contract administration, tender evaluations, and procurement activities. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives. Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, variations, and contractual correspondence. Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure commercial compliance. Support claim preparation, negotiation, and final account settlements. Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and project specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, Onshore, or Industrial Construction projects. Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, estimation, and quantity take-off. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and quantity surveying software. Good understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Employment Type Full-time
