Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation and bid preparation Measurement and valuation of completed works Preparation of interim payment applications Assist with variations, claims and final accounts Monitor project costs and support cost reporting Review and assess subcontractor quotations and payment applications Support subcontract procurement and commercial comparisons Maintain variation, payment and subcontract registers Assist with contract administration under FIDIC-based contracts Coordinate with project, planning, procurement and finance teams Provide commercial support across multiple marine projects

Requirements

5-10 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with experience in marine construction projects
