Quantity Surveyor – Fitout & Construction
- Lead the commercial management of fit-out and construction projects from feasibility to final account, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Prepare and monitor cost plans, budgets, and cash flows; provide regular cost reports.
- Prepare BOQ and take-offs from drawings; ensure accuracy and consistency with specs.
- Manage tendering, procurement, bid evaluation, and contract administration (FIDIC/JCT or project form).
- Value work, issue interim valuations, manage payments, and handle variations/change orders.
- Negotiate final accounts and close-out; resolve claims with clients and contractors.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance; control quality and costs.
- Maintain organized cost-control documentation and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
