Quantity Surveyor

Junior and/or QS will support the duties below under supervision of Senior QS Monitor project costs, cash flow, backcharge, commitments, forecasts, and cost-to-complete; prepare periodic cost reports. Prepare and/or assess interim valuations and payment applications to Client/Consultant Conduct site measurements, coordinate with site team and verify quantities against drawings, BOQ, and actual progress. Manage the commercial aspects of civil, architectural, façade, finishes, fit-out, and specialist works packages. Administer subcontracts and supplier, including interim payment application, payment certificate and final account. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and project teams to achieve project progress claim and commercial objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Junior QS: 0–3 years' relevant experience. QS: 3–7+ years with a main contractor, developer, or consultancy. Project exposure to high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, residential developments, or high-end fit-out preferred. Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC) and local market rates and practices. Proficient in MS Excel; experience with QS/measurement software (e.g., CostX, Candy/CCS, PlanSwift) and reading AutoCAD drawings is an advantage. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
