Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Job Summary Burhan Oil and Trade Services LLC is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost control. The candidate should have experience in villa, residential, commercial, and general civil construction projects, preferably including Government projects in Oman. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams on commercial matters. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Tendering. Strong experience in villa, residential, commercial, and general building construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Government residential and building projects in Oman, including projects for Oman Ministries, Royal Oman Police (ROP), and other Government entities. Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, billing, variations, and cost control. Proficiency in AutoCAD, E-Massah, MS Excel, and MS Office. Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills. Previous experience in the Oman construction industry is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
